What's an AI Agent? (simplified)
What better than to finish the week on some clear knowledge sharing?
Above is a simplified explaination of what is all the fuss made of 😉
AI Agents aren't magic basically, they're architecture.
Anthropic explained it well, and you can find plenty of Youtube videos explaining it.
At their core, AI agents combine three key capabilities:
🔗 Retrieval: Connect to your systems (ERP, accounting, banking APIs)
🛠️ Tools/Skills: Execute tasks (generate invoices, reconcile expenses)
🧠 Memory: Learn from corrections and improve over time
The breakthrough?
A Generative AI (LLM) orchestrates it all, understanding context, making decisions, and communicating naturally.
These 13 words (I counted manually) are literally the difference!
We're moving from "AI that suggests" to "AI that acts".
Or what I like to say, giving hands to the brain.
